Return Eligibility:

Only orders placed directly on kaciaco.com are eligible for Return/Refund by Kacia. 

Kacia has no visibility into the financial transactions of Retail Locations. Due to this, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund for items purchased at a Retail Location, such at Target, Wal-Mart, Amazon, or Other. 

If you purchased your products from a Retail Location, these items must be returned according to the specific Return/Refund Policy provided by the Retail Location. Please contact the Retail Location for more details about their Return/Refund Policy and we appreciate your understanding. 

Non Returnable Items:

*Any opened products, including supplements, are not eligible for a return/refund.

Returnable Items:

You may return any sealed and unused items for a refund of the item amount. Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days of the original delivery date.  

Once processed, a refund of the item amount will be issued to your original payment method. 

*Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your Return to be processed and a Refund to be issued to your original payment method once your return is received.

More Return Details:

All returned items must arrive unopened with all seals still intact. Refunds will not be issued for any opened items or items with missing seals. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use the shipping carrier of their choice. 

Damaged/Defective Items: All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier.

To submit a claim please use the contact form with your order number, including the Date and Lot Number if applicable.  Not including this information may delay processing time. 

If you purchased a product from a Retail Location, please contact the retailer directly for their Return/Refund Policy for damaged/defective products.
